Below you’ll find all the details about how we handle shipping.
Processing Time
All of our products are handmade with care. Please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped.
During busy seasons (e.g. holidays or sales), processing time may be slightly longer. We always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to:
- Greece (Domestic)
- For EU countries and international orders outside the EU, please contact us at infonaturalcandles@gmail.com before placing your order.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
For the EU, rates vary by country. For this reason, please contact us at infonaturalcandles@gmail.com before placing your order.
Local Pickup
We offer free local pickup from our physical store in Athens.
You can choose this option at checkout. Once your order is ready, we’ll contact you with pickup details.
Delivery Time (After Shipping)
- Greece: 2–7 business days (Geniki Taxidromiki Courier or Box Now)
- EU: 6–10 business days (depending on destination)
Please note that delays may occur during holidays or due to customs for international orders.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
